What sitting in her chair is actually like.
Tension you can live with
Braids should hold without pulling your edges out. If something feels too tight during the install, say so and it gets adjusted. Nothing is worth the damage.
One client at a time
No overlapping appointments and no rushing your install to start someone else's. Your slot is your slot.
Straight answers on price
You get an exact number in writing before you put down a deposit. The total at the end matches what she quoted at the start.
Honest about your hair
If a style will not work on your length or density, or your scalp needs a break, she will tell you and offer something that will.
